When ordering a commission/design, please provide clear and detailed reference images as well as any information that will help me create the piece you want.

Turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks for commissions, and 1 to 4 weeks for custom designs. If, for any reason this needs to be extended, I will contact you immediately.

If you need a commission finished by a certain date, please let me know before I start your commission.

You will have the opportunity to revise your commission/design 2 to 3 times before it's complete. Any changes to the artwork need to be requested during these stages.

Requesting changes after the commission/design is complete will incur a fee of $5 USD per change requested.

All prices are in USD and I take payment through PayPal invoicing. I will not start your commission until payment has been received.

There may be an additional fee depending on the complexity of the piece. These prices are outlined in my pricing.

Changes requested after the artwork is completed may incur a fee of $5 USD per change requested unless it’s an error on my part.

Refunds are given on a case-to-case basis. Partial refunds may be given if some work has already been done.

I retain all rights to my artwork. I may post the commission/design to my social media or portfolio.

If you would like your commission/design to be private, please let me know before I start your commission.

Commissions/designs are for personal use only. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, posting the artwork to your character's page, creating/commissioning art of your design, printing a copy of the artwork for yourself, using the artwork as a phone background or profile pic, etc.

You may not use the artwork/design commercially unless agreed upon in writing. Commercial use includes using the artwork/design for merchandise, selling prints, advertisements, for-profit websites/apps, or anything else that generates income.

Commercial use requires an additional fee and must be discussed before I start your commission.

Do not use my artwork/designs for NFTs, or AI training / image generators.

Do not claim the artwork/design as your own. Credit must be clearly stated if you use the image online.

If you post the commission/design online, please credit any of my socials for the original design/artwork. (If you’re using Toyhouse, you can credit me on-site @ sleepyshroom)

Do not edit or alter my artwork in any way. You will have time to request revisions during the commission process to avoid any errors. If you purchase or receive one of my designs and want to edit the design itself, please create or use a new artwork.

You may trade or gift the custom design after purchase. You can resell it for what you paid for, plus the cost of any commissioned pieces you’ve purchased for that design.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request based on client behaviour, time constraints, subject matter, etc.

I will not draw offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. I will not mimic the art style of an existing artist or IP.

Harassment, guilt-tripping, and inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the commission and blacklisting from future sales.
