When ordering a commission, please provide clear and detailed reference images as well as any information that will help me create the piece you want.

All commissions have a turnaround time of about 1 - 2 weeks. If, for any reason this needs to be extended, I will contact you immediately.

If you need a commission finished by a certain date, please let me know before I start your commission.

You will have the opportunity to revise your commission twice before it's complete; the sketch stage, and the color stage. Any changes to the artwork need to be requested during these stages.

Requesting changes after the commission is complete will incur a fee of $5 USD per change requested.

All prices are in USD and I take payment through PayPal invoicing. I will not start your commission until payment has been received.

There may be an additional fee depending on the complexity of the piece. These prices are outlined in my pricing.

Changes requested after the artwork is completed may incur a fee of $5 USD per change requested unless it’s an error on my part.

Refunds are given on a case-to-case basis. Partial refunds may be given if some work has already been done.

I retain all rights to my work. I may post the work to my social media or portfolio. If you would like your commission to be private please let me know before I start your commission.

Commissions are for personal use only by the client. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, posting the image to your character's page, printing a copy for yourself, using it as a phone background or profile pic, etc.

You may not use my work commercially unless agreed upon in writing. Commercial use includes using the artwork for merchandise, selling prints, book covers, advertisements, for-profit websites/apps, or anything else that generates income.

Commercial use requires an additional fee and must be discussed before I start your commission.

Do not claim the artwork as your own. Credit must be clearly stated if you use the image online.

Do not edit or alter my work in any way. You will have time to request revisions during the commission process to avoid any errors.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request based on client behaviour, time constraints, subject matter, etc.

Harassment, guilt-tripping, and inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the commission and blacklisting from future sales.
